the value was amazing. i enjoyed a room that had a great sea view. the sunset was visible from my balcony each evening. the room was clean upon my arrival and the cleaning staff were always cute and kind. i felt they treated everyone with great care.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bar staff are SUPER friendly and the service was attentive! George and his team were amazing. Their energy and kindness are infectious. He is a true gem!

The bar staff impressed me greatly. george and the team consistently made drinks to order, even stronger ones. Their cheery attitude really stood out. breakfasts featured a great choice of bread, cheese, and meat and i enjoyed the full english breakfast and fresh pancakes.
The room doors seemed quite dated. They resembled interior doors with locks, not typical fire doors.

The room showed its age. There were several marks on the walls, and the shower only had water coming out of about six holes. The toilet dripped constantly. The toilet seat was clean but stained. The staff was amazing, but this hotel isn't a true 4-star experience.

the reception staff were always helpful. they provided water and a sandwich upon our late arrival, this was very appreciated. the rooms are kept to a high standard and were cleaned daily. fresh towels and bedding were always available.
i found that the air conditioning in the room was not very effective.

The hotel staff was so attentive. Chet at the bar made us amazing cocktails. Henry always checked on us during meals. Cosmin's entertainment provided many fun activities! I loved participating in water aerobics and crossbow shooting. It was so fun. The Smart TV allowed us to keep up with our favorite shows. It signed us out automatically each time, thoughtful. I had a standard room pool view and the space was lovely.
The corridors had tiled floors. I could hear footsteps late at night. This disturbed my sleep slightly.
